Who is BET-te how did she come to be?

The inspiration for BET-te comes from the dogs in our lives who have touched our hearts deeply. She has a bit of Inu (our Chief Barking Officer) in her:  A cheeky, memorable, and quite naughty terrier. She also has a bit of Maya (Junior Paw-ssociate). Maya is a loving Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with soulful eyes, and she happens to be the BEST hugger.

BET-te also takes after Dogger, a terrier from an earlier time who was, well, almost human, and who always had such deep wisdom. BET-te also carries the energy of other cheeky quirky loyal loveable dogs in her personality like Nattie and Tuco. 

BET-te is more than just a symbol or a friendly face. When things get you down, BET-te is right with you, reminding you that you are exactly like BET-te: smart, bold, strong, and lovable, with inner wisdom you can count on.

BET-te is like most of us, she is not “coiffed” or “perfect” but holds true wisdom just like you do. BET-te’s true strength, just like yours, comes from within.

How do we know this? The very fact that you exist means you are a gift. The universe/source/God/creator does not make junk. You are here on this planet for a reason.

BET-te’s presence is your cue that, like BET-te, you have the ability to handle challenges, overcome setbacks, and move forward. You are not alone. When times are tough, BET-te walks with you by your side. She is your gentle but powerful reminder that you have your own strong internal resources and resilience.
