Lawyers who genuinely care about you and your changing family.

Serving You Virtually

What happens if you don’t live close to our offices, or reside in a remote community?

What happens if you don’t have access to easy transportation?

What if you are unable to get away from work or home to visit us?

What if you want really great legal help, but don’t reside in Victoria.

For a lot of people, gathering themselves up and physically bringing themselves to a lawyer’s office can be very challenging. Back in the “olden days” before COVID 19, most people had to actually travel to their lawyer’s office to meet their lawyer. It was a huge commitment of time and energy.

Of course, the COVID 19 crisis has made it all the more true that traveling to meet your lawyer in person is not necessary.

At Pathway Legal, in the midst of COVID 19, we were able to continue representing our clients. Their matters did not miss a beat because we were set up to work outside of our physical office location.

Then we are like, wait a second, why don’t we do this all the time, for all of our clients. That is why we, at Pathway Legal, are willing to come to you, virtually.

We understand that it is not always easy to see us in person, and we want to ensure that we remove as many barriers, and make dealing with us easy.

Please call us at 250-220-8686 or email our offices and we can set up an appointment via ZOOM for you to connect with one of our lawyers, just as you would in person.

Oh, and if you are not tech savvy, no worries. At Pathway Legal, we also are good at using the phone!

If you are someone who wants advice but would prefer to meet us virtually, Pathway Legal is here to help.

The whole team at Pathway Legal has your back. We will guide you and your changing family’s circumstances to the new beginning you deserve.
