Journey is your loyal, open-hearted, and deeply wise champion. Trustworthy and transparent, she offers the kind of steady presence you'd expect from your most faithful friend, with dogged determination and a whole lot of heart.
What is Journey's lineage?
The inspiration for Journey comes from the dogs who have touched our hearts most deeply. She carries a bit of Inu (our Chief Barking Officer), a cheeky, memorable, and wonderfully naughty terrier. She also has a touch of Lady Maya (Junior Paw-ssociate), a loving Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with soulful eyes and an extraordinary talent for hugging.
Journey also takes after Dogger, a terrier from an earlier time who was, frankly, almost human, and who carried deep wisdom in everything he did. And she holds the energy of other quirky, loyal, loveable dogs: Nattie, Tuco, and the ones who live on in our hearts.
How does Journey relate to you?
Journey is more than a symbol or a friendly face. On the days when things feel heavy, she's right there with you, reminding you of something important: you are smart, bold, strong, and deeply lovable. You have wisdom inside you, earned through real experience.
Journey is not perfectly coiffed or polished. She is real, a little road-worn, and all the better for it. Just like you.
