Why the name, "Pathway Legal?"
We named our law firm Pathway Legal because we see that you are on your own pathway of life and with our assistance we will guide you and your changing family down the path towards a better divorce.
What does a better divorce mean? It means one with less stress, less financial cost, less emotional turmoil, and less conflict. A better divorce means a means a better future for you, your kids, and even your ex-spouse.
No doubt that your life's path has included some serious pain and disappointments. That is why we are here to help guide you on your path's journey to a future of hope and possibility.
Val Hemminger, the owner of Pathway Legal and one of its founders walks on forest pathways almost every day. She gets inspiration and ideas on these daily forest walks.
Val believes that being in the forest is a true place of healing. She believes that no matter how stressful life may become, it is impossible to go for a walk on a forest pathway and not come out a better person.

Pathway Legal serves families throughout the province of British Columbia. The physical hub of Pathway Legal is situated in Victoria, British Columbia at 310 Wale Road.
