What is your role at Pathway Legal?

I am an Associate Lawyer at Pathway Legal and I help clients navigate challenging times with patience and support, aiming for swift, cost-effective solutions.

What should clients look for in a lawyer or law firm?

Clients should feel heard, supported, and safe with their lawyer—knowing that their legal team is genuinely committed to understanding their needs and helping them move forward with confidence.

What attracted you to Pathway Legal?

I was drawn to Pathway Legal for its mediation-focused approach. As a Qualified Mediator, I value how mediation empowers clients to actively participate in resolving their disputes in a safe, respectful environment—while also being more cost-effective and less adversarial than traditional litigation.

Significant accomplishments

• I have conducted dozens of employment law mediations with a 90% success rate of achieving a settlement
• I have facilitated Conflict Resolution workshops for Non-Profit and Not-for-Profit organizations
• I have three published articles:

What sets me apart from other lawyers is my ability to combine legal skills with empathy, patience, and clear communication. I focus on helping clients feel heard, supported, and informed every step of the way—while working efficiently to achieve practical, cost-effective results. As a Qualified Mediator, I also bring a collaborative, resolution-focused mindset to every case.

What are your interests outside law?

Outside of law, I enjoy watching basketball, travelling, and exploring creative work through music and film.

What is your favourite kind of animal?

I love dogs for their soft fur, warm personalities, and endless amounts of fun.
